• Full amount will be charged for no show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
  
  
• 50% of the full amount will be charged for cancellation with less than a week notice.
  
  
• 25% of the full amount will be charged for cancellation with less than 2 (two) weeks notice.
  
  
• No charge for cancellation with more than 2 (two) weeks notice.
  
  
• For Airport Pick Up:
  Full amount will be charged for no show within 45 minutes from your effective flight landing! But there will be no charge if you will inform our call center or if one of the people in your party will exit custom and inform the driver of the situation, (i.e. lost luggage).
  
  
• For Port Pick Up
  Full amount will be charged for no show after 30 minutes of your pick up time but there will be no charge if you will inform your driver or our office of the situation.
  
  
• Cancellation must be notified only by email.
  
  
• Reservation Changes We will make every attempt to accommodate a reservation change. However, in the event that an accommodation cannot be made - we reserve the right to charge according to the cancellation terms stated above.
